Media Application

Media Member dues are $150 per year, plus a one-time $25 administration fee. Dues are billed annually from the initial date and month of membership and must be paid in US equivalency.

CVB, DMO or Travel Professional Application

Associate Member dues are $500 per year. By joining, you will have immediate access to NATJA's media members and services.

Requirements for Membership

Media: Membership in NATJA is open to those who meet its professional requirements. Membership is a professional honor:

  1. An applicant must be a legitimate, working, professional writer, photographer, or editor in the travel, food, wine, or hospitality industries.
  2. Journalists are required to submit 10 clips or broadcast tapes from within the last 12-month period. Staff writers/editors of a publication automatically qualify.
  3. An applicant must adhere to the Mission and Values of NATJA in their professional endeavors.
  4. An application fee of $25 will be charged, which shall be non-refundable.
  5. Dues are $150. Dues will be billed annually.

CVB, DMO or Travel Professional: Membership in NATJA is open to all travel industry professionals. Current NATJA Associates include convention & visitors bureaus, hotels and resorts, airlines, restaurants, food industry and growers associations, wineries and wine associations, PR agencies, and marketing and public relations professionals.
