On our final day of sea kayaking off Vancouver Island, 19 orca killer whales appear. They're close enough to flip our kayaks out of the water like popsicle sticks. Fin-flapping and spy-hopping, they show off their fabulous six foot flukes like Vegas showgirls. I've seen joy in
Orcaville. I've been whaled.
