Telluride, Colorado---The U.S. Forest Service offers FREE snowshoe tours twice daily, Thursday - Sunday at 10am and 2pm. Take a hike through the woods and learn about the environment during a two-hour snowshoe tour in the Telluride Ski Area. Tours meet at the top of the Gondola, on the patio in front of Station San Sophia.
Tours will cover local wildlife and their habitat needs. Attendees will learn to identify various wildlife tracks in the snow.
